The Flint Hills Feast, a culinary pop-up, will be a unique foodie experience featuring authentic tastings from the Flint Hills region of Kansas, libations, and local artisan tastings.

Weaved into the event will be live music, food and cocktail sampling, and cooking demonstrations by event vendors.

REFRESHING DRINKS: Enjoy spirit samples from Boot Hill Distillery, wine samples from Highland Vineyards and Winery, beer samples from Tallgrass Tap House, and cocktails from the Brandt House.

ENTERTAINMENT: We are excited to offer an evening of entertaining and educational food demonstrations. These will be micro demos from some vendors, including Boot Hill Distillery, M.A.D Farms, Highland Vineyards and Winery, and Brunkow Lamb. These demonstrations will be paired with samplings of their products.
